It’s been many years since Madison ultimate got a logo and apparel refresh. With a huge influx of enthusiastic 6th graders, it felt like the time to change that.
Every player on the fall roster will get to check out a new program-provided jersey for the season (no cost), thanks to a sponsorship from Sea Pines Physical Therapy (owned by assistant coach Andrew Holloway). Families can also optionally purchase an extra jersey to keep for good (avoiding borrowing one from the program), plus a sweatshirt with their name optionally on the back.
The new logo is a three-color design by parent volunteer Dave Scheer (with input from his kids’ “focus group”), chosen by the 49 players who voted in our team survey. Thank you to everyone who weighed in! It keeps a fan favorite from the old jerseys: a random duck easter egg, carried over at players’ request. The art is human-created by Dave, with some AI-assisted iteration along the way.

Reminder: there is no cost to families for a program-owned jersey. Sea Pines Physical Therapy is sponsoring a program-owned jersey for every player on the roster to use for the season.
Family-owned items below are completely optional.

Both the program jersey and the family-owned extra jersey have the same look: team logo on the front, Sea Pines Physical Therapy logo on the back (top placement).

“Online consensus” seems that people are happy treating this tank like a standard athletic jersey: it’s a true-to-size, athletic (not boxy) fit in lightweight 100% poly. One consideration, especially if between sizes, is to go up a size so that you have the ability wear long sleeve layers underneath for the colder months.http://madisonultimate.org/merch

The sweatshirt has the team logo on the front only, no sponsor logo, with an optional name on the back.
